We offer a flat $25 delivery fee within Montreal and a flat $50 delivery fee for off-island locations. Prefer to pick up? Cancellation Policy
Politique de réservation – Bounce Party Anywhere (Résumé en points) Annulation : Toute annulation doit être faite au moins 24 heures avant l’événement. Après ce délai, des frais peuvent s’appliquer. Météo et replanification : En cas de mauvaises conditions (pluie, vents forts, orages, etc.), vous devez nous contacter le jour même pour reporter votre réservation. Le paiement sera appliqué à une nouvelle date sans pénalité. Paiement : Le paiement complet est exigé à l’arrivée avant l’installation. Sans paiement, aucune installation ne sera effectuée. Dépôt de sécurité : Un dépôt de 150 $ est requis à l’arrivée (en plus du paiement). Ce dépôt sera remboursé lors de la collecte et après vérification du matériel. En cas de dommages, perte ou nettoyage excessif, une partie ou la totalité du dépôt pourra être retenue. Booking Policy – Bounce Party Anywhere (Bullet Summary) Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees. Weather & Rescheduling: If bad weather occurs (rain, high winds, storms, etc.), you must contact us the same day to reschedule. Your payment will be applied to a future booking without penalty. Payment: Full payment is required upon arrival before setup. Without payment, setup will not proceed. Security Deposit: A $150 security deposit is required at arrival (in addition to payment). This deposit will be refunded at pickup after inspection. In case of damages, loss, or excessive cleaning, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
